Shyloh took my order on Wednesday and asked me what time next week I would like it done, I laughed and said you won't believe this "I could wait until next week, but my ideal time would be Friday. She said let me see what I can do. I picked them up Friday afternoon. All with a smile. Thanks Arnolds for Awards - working together to make our community better.

Talk about elegant gift ideas! You really should stop in to see what they can engrave for personalized gift!

I took a few bullet casings to Arnolds to have my fathers info. engraved on them. Casings are from the 21 gun salute he received at his memorial. Arnolds assured me we could read it and they could do the job.
The casings were done on time and the wording spelt correctly! BUT,, The engraving is so small its very difficult to read even with a magnify glass. I returned asking if he could make the letters wider or add color somehow. Anything to make it so we could read it, Similar to other products shown in their show case. He said nothing he could do and sent me on my way.. Now i have casing that are ruined by Arnolds engraver. Sad thing is that they did nothing to attempt to make it right. They sure took my money with NO issues. Even though i am sure they have done good jobs for other clients be careful, if they screw it up they will do NOTHING to make it right..

We received professional and prompt service from Arnold's. Our new hours of operation signs look great! Thank you!

These folks are so easy to work with. Always on top of their game, and have my stuff done super fast!
