A quality coal-tar sealer, Seal coat protects and beautifies your asphalt. Seal coating protects against water and the freeze - thaw cycle, extends asphalt life and eliminates high repair costs. Before seal coat is applied, cracks must be cleaned and filled, grease & oil spots removed, and pavement structural failures must be repaired.
Crack Sealing & Repair
