Amazing job came right away at 11pm my garage wasn’t working he can right away fixed my springs and ended up changing the motor as well cause I wanted to and it works great defiantly will telling my colleges about James and garage door guru

Spring broke at night. Called James in the morning and he told me 11:30. He texted me and told me when he would arrive and arrived on time. He had the old spring taken apart and 2 new springs with upgraded end caps on in 40 minutes. He lubed all the rollers and moving parts and it worked great! James definitely knows his stuff and I will always use him if I have garage door issues.

Paid $700 for a new spring and drum system. It broke the next day. Cable snapped. He came back and complained about the quality of my door. He did some adjustments. The door continued to jam.
I called A1. Paid another $700. It works perfectly now.
The springs installed by Guru were 10 years old. Not new. Date stamped.
Don’t waste your time with him.
