Should not be owning properties that people live in

Arel Capital owns the property I live in located in Houston, TX. The code violations here are abundant and the management company they hired to maintain the property is completely corrupt. I have been complaining about a German Cockroach Infestation for months, since I moved in. According to the CDC, German Cockroaches carry harmful bacteria and disease and can those in contact with them very sick.

Nothing has been done despite the fact that they know I have no use of my kitchen and I eat in my car, I brush my teeth with a water bottle. Despite me sending photos and videos to Arel and parties they are associated with, they turn their heads. I will give credit to the Director of Texas acquisitions who ordered my building be investigated after I copied him on an email showing a roach crawling across my workspace. They found a massive infestation in an apartment in my building that is causing the overflow into my apartment. Has anything sufficient been done about it? No.
