Archer Kia ReviewsLEAVE REVIEW FOR BUSINESS
I have came in for a oil change and full check up at Nov. 27th, 2021. I asked them to rotate and patch my tires which was not done. I have paid extra for this service and it was not completed properly. So I had to come in today AGAIN for the tire issue.
Today December 15th, 2021 at 7:30 AM I came in for a simple patch fix that wasn't done the last time I came in. I have spoke to Gary about patching my tire and was expected to be done in 1.5 hours. As I was watching them "work", Gary left my car in the parking lot not being worked on. I had to get another service manager attention which was Mr. Javier who assisted my car to be fixed on. As he brought my car to the mechanic, the mechanic was smoking cigarettes' around my car for another hour without being worked on. As I went to Gary again, he said he was "talking to my insurance for 45 minutes about the tire issue" and he also said "it was unrepairable and need to buy a new tire". As he told me this information, 3 hours I have waited for a simple tire fix and so much time was wasted on my side. I finally received my vehicle around 11 am. I was also the first customer in and did not leave until 11 AM. "First Come First Serve" should not be in your advertisement at all after this experience.
I will post this experience on all my social media and will be reaching out to the news so everyone knows what "customer service" to expect.
I have wasted 3 hours for a simple fix that could have easily been done in 1 hour.
This is the worst Kia Dealership I have ever been to. My first time going to this dealership to service my car they ended up loosing my key fob to my car, good thing I had a spare. They ended up ordering me a new key fob. Now recently on Dec 8th 2021 My car was dropped off for an oil change around 10am and went to pick my car back up around 3pm my car was no where to be found. No one at the dealership knew where my car was. After 45 minutes of searching for my car they realized they had given my car to another customer ever since 11am that morning. An authorized person had been in my car with all of my personal and private information along with my house keys. A complaint was filed with corporate but it seems as if nothing was done. They offered to service my car at no charge and to put me in a rental paid for by Kia. I went to pick my car up that Saturday and come to find out my personal documents that were in my car was gone because a representative from Kia decided to clean my car and discarded all of my documents that were in between my seats. I never gave anyone permission to clean out my car nor discard any of my documents. I recommend no one goes to this Kia dealership. They dont have a since of urgency and the are very unprofessional and unethical. I have called and left a voicemail regarding my information and no one has yet to give me a call back.
I just had my vehicle serviced with Archer Kia and had a horrible experience. Upon arrival at the dealership, I spoke with Gary Dawson (Assistant Manager) expressing my need for a low-beam bulb replacement as I had already purchased a twin-pack of halogen bulbs, successfully replaced the bulb on the left on my own but was unable to install the one on the right due to my vehicles coolant system blocking the entry. Consequently, I wanted them to install it for me. Gary quoted me the price and said he could do the bulb replacement. Afterwards, I found out he charged me for a new bulb!
When I spoke to him about it after the fact he was condescending and said I clearly should have known that a "Bulb Replacement" means that they charge you for a new bulb in addition to the installation because Kia only uses Kia parts...all the while the whole reason I came was for them to put in my bulb! He refused to refund me the price of the additional bulb. At the end of our conversation, I asked if there was a way that I could leave a customer review of my experience but he said that he didn't know how customer's leave reviews (even though while at the dealership I saw him speak with another customer literally asking her to leave a 10/10 review). Outside of my interaction with Gary the experience was okay but if leadership behaves this way I have a hard time seeing how this attitude doesn't taint other employees.
Omg the worse and longest service I have ever had ! My car was a engine recall , they still have my car as I'm writing this review 3-4 months!
It took 1 months to run a diagnostics on m car
Took another month to order the part , another month to install the part ,
They didn't give me no rental , I paid $5,267 in rentals since Aug , No reimbursement no nothing!
The guy that was supposed to keep me updated on my car was horrible name Gary, I called checking on my car ! They so slow it need to be workers on the weekends!
But 5stars for replacement of my engine we will see how it drives when I get it back
Had a terrific Telluride buying experience here (5 star for buying experience). Ordered vehicle in April 2019, delivered in August and the final transaction was easy and quick. No shenanigans. Salesman Trey Cox did a good job keeping me informed and moving the vehicle through the sales process. Finance department was fine - all digital paperwork which surprised me. Very happy with the Telluride!
Edit: 2 years later: 1 star for the service department. Called to have a warranty item addressed for a failing shock - Gary wanted 2.5 weeks to DIAGNOSE the vehicle. I laughed and went elsewhere. No reason to leave my vehicle for 2.5 weeks when there are many other more capable and well-run shops. I thought for a minute that he must have misspoke - but then I read the other reviews below with the same experience. Sadly, I won't be returning to Archer for service.
