Aqualux Carpet Cleaning

We are very pleased with the quality of the work done and the customer service. I have three kids and a dog, and now my carpet looks and smells amazing. Our technician was prompt and kind and from the start of our appointment to the end it was about an hour. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs carpet cleaning.

After all of this rain we've had, 3 dogs and 2 kids, I never thought my carpet would be salvageable. A neighbor referred me to aqualux and I spoke with Richard on the phone. He worked with my schedule and set a time that wouldn't interfere with my work. The technician showed up exactly on time and went right to work. He pre-treated the really bad hi traffic areas and noted that they were pretty bad, but felt confident that he could get them clean. He was right! My carpets look great and I will be using them again before the holidays to get my two large rugs cleaned.

I had a carpet cleaning booked took a day off work only for someone to come and say he has to leave to help another party. Very unprofessional and would not pick up the phone would not reccomend unless u want to waste time

Unfortunately, one of our service trucks was disabled on the road this morning and needed some assistance. This was why we needed to clean at a later time today. We apologize for any inconvenience, but these things happen and we do our best to manage these situations as best we can. When we have someone in need of assistance we do our best to take care of both employee and customer...apologize for the inconvenience.

New location, same great service! Aqualux has always done a great job for me and my clients throughout the Metroplex, glad to see a new location in the neighborhood!

Aqualux is my go to for carpet cleaning and remediation! I have used Aqualux for years in my own home and, as a Realtor, I have recommend them to all my clients in need of carpet cleaning and/or odor elimination. Aqualux has done miracles for me and my clients and are always courteous, honest, and on time. I am always hesitant to recommend any company to my clients as it is a reflection on me, but Aqualux is one of very few I have no hesitation in recommending. I can't say enough good things about this company; you won't be disappointed!
