Found the vehicle in an online search. Made an appointment to see it. Tyler had that vehicle and another comparable one, side by side, running and ready to go (it was very cold and snowy). After a test drive and a little paper, we were "closing" with Andrew while the car we came in was getting an oil change. Andrew found us an amazing interest rate and a great warranty and glass package. Tyler (Sales), Andrew (Finance) and Lexi (Service) provided Exceptional customer care and service. This is the second vehicle we have purchased here in 12 months.
Wasted my time and money. Their mechanics somehow didn't catch a huge problem with my car until we asked them to change the oil before we came to pick it up and I almost kept driving a dangerous vehicle. Makes me wonder, did they even actually inspect my car for safety before they were going to charge me a thousand dollars and give it back to me to drive?
On top of that, interactions with their sales center trying to get rid of the now-undriveable vehicle were disorganized and frustrating. Tried reaching out to the general manager about the experience and only got automated responses.
I ended up selling the totaled car to another business for parts and never looked back. Awful experience. Don't go here.

Service appointment was on time, minor problem with parts and wheels. With the professional assistance on Mr. Ken Morbly and the Service manager the issues were resolved. Have always received excellent customer service from AutoNation Subaru and AutoNation Cheverlot.

I was not able to talk with the tech. about my cars problem, although it was noted on the work order. I was there for the key getting stuck in the ignition, and I had contacted a private repair place and they said it may be under recall and to take it to the dealership. It was apparently on recall as I was not charged anything. It did take a full 3 hours without anyone notifying me what was going on, and during that time was a problem with the new TV. The remote would not let it change channels. Several of the salesmen around could also not get it to work!

Went to get our car appraised and they lost our keys. It's been over a month and no replacement. Horrible experience. They've ignored my wife multiple times when she has reached out. Worst experience ever. First how did you lose keys, careless. Second, they lost them and don't care to make sure they are actually replaced.

I couldn't think of going anyplace else for my Subaru needs. Service is seriously the best -anywhere - hands down - and always excellent. As long as I live near AutoNation Subaru, they will be my go-to dealership. In fact, I recently got such a great estimate on my current Forester that I'll be driving a new one in the near future. They really do treat you like family.
