I called the dealership looking for a Jeep. Donovan spent close to 2 weeks with me during the process. Todd and Donovan both dealt with my frustration over not qualifying favorably to get into a Jeep, they got me into a Toyota RAV4…..and I’m really glad things turned out the way they did. Donovan was professional, he wasn’t pushy, very knowledgeable and he has a great deal of emotional intelligence in dealing with frustrated people! He offered me a great price, spend a lot of time working with me, especially the actual day of purchase ( 4-5 hours); he tried really hard to make the Jeep happen…. But I’m glad it didn’t because the new Rav is more car for the $ and I love it! Todd worked to get the price down and manageable, he made the process smooth and I appreciate both their help in qualifying and getting me into a car as rapidly as I needed to!

Sales are quick but service is not. Even with an appointment (if you can get through with a phone call to make one), it takes over 2 hours for a routine tire rotation and even longer if you get an oil change.

We had a great buying experience! They even brought the new car to Frederick for us. Thank you Nick and team!

Cameron was the most helpful salesperson, he was an engaged listener, had all of the answers to our questions and worked quickly to ensure we got into a car we wanted. Tyler expedited our cars detail so we were able to drive it home sooner than expected. Both of these guys were with us past closing time and neither had one complaint nor made us feel like a bother.
The service center stayed in contact with us while they had the car (even though we hadn’t physically had it yet) all around great communication and positive atmosphere in this building.

Stephen Goldbranson helped me find my dream Jeep! He was super helpful and made all the paperwork a breeze. I would highly recommend working with him if you need a new car. Thank you Stephen for all your help!!

Great place to go for a vehicle. My salesman TJ was very helpful & got me in the car that I wanted & showed me how everything in the car worked. Garland was also great. He got the car covered with everything possible without raising my payment by much. I highly recommend CMA.

I got my last 2 cars here how they treat us today was horrible I probably end up going to another toyota place not back to that
