Usually good service but in a time of need no where to be found. Bought the vehicle from CMA, service my Toyota and Chevy there. My truck has 38k miles on it 2021- check engine light, abs, traction control, ESC, and reduced engine power. Vehicle will not go above 45 MPH. My wife limped the vehicle there and was told sorry we cant help you, go to winchster or hagerstown with your concern. SO my wife is currently going 45mph up 81 to winchester to bring the truck there. Sounds pretty safe right. Why not call a tow truclk. Well tow trucks go to closest dealership which is the one that sent us away. Didnt even scan the truck for codes just said your safe to drive have a good day. I want the employees there to think if this was your wife, mom, daughter, whatever- would you have sent her away because you have a full schedule and tell them to drive 40 min up the road on 81 not even able to get up to speed.

Jeremy at CMA Toyota assisted me today . He is an absolute rockstar , he might even the best salesman I talked to my whole entire life . I would even trust him with my dog , I recommend Jeremy if you are looking a Toyota or any used vehicle !

Cam was the best! He listened to what I wanted and found a few vehicles best suited to my requests/desires and he said if they didn’t have it he would find it for me. Tyler in financing was quick, efficient and was able to provide options to help keep my payments within a certain range.

Drove 6 hours to get a truck for my son. Tyler made the process smooth. My paperwork was ready. The truck was fueled and washed. My son’s smile was gleaming. I’d make the drive again for my next purchase!

They took care of me graciously for the 3rd time returning customer. Everyone is awesome there and when your in need they do everything they can..and they did!

I wanted to write a top-of-the-line review for Jeremy my salesman and jason the manager at Martinsburg CMA Toyota, where I just got a 2024 Toyota Tacoma

I live in Virginia Beach and I have a Home and Afton virginia and I wanted a new truck to use in the mountains and they’re very hard to find and hard to come by

My dealer in Virginia Beach was telling me that the limited addition might take 30 to 60 days to get in and he would have to charge me $1500 over sticker price

I contacted this dealership and Jeremy and jason were unbelievable. They research the vehicle and within a week they had one coming in. It was a slightly different color than the one I otherwise ordered from the local dealer, but it was a better color, my opinion and it was the same amount of options exactly the same same truck.

They called me telling me that the truck was coming in the day. The next day they kept in close contact with me, letting me know it was coming in, arrived that night and sent me photographs because I was buying the truck site unseen.

They sent me all the photographs. They updated all the information between email texting and phone calls. They kept close contact.

It came on a Wednesday night and they delivered it to my house on a Thursday afternoon. They gave me a great deal on the truck with no payment over and even delivered it free of charge.

Over the phone with me to explain the truck to me on a phone call where we went over all the buttons and bells and whistles at the truck and had to use them

I buy site unseen, but it was delivered and it was unbelievable. It looked great. I got educated on the truck and they didn’t charge me or delivery fee from West Virginia to Virginia.

This dealership was unbelievable and buy a vehicle from them over and over again because they give great service

CMA Toyota of Martinsburg is great and Matt is the best sales person I have ever worked with.
