Breanna was great couldn't have asked for a better experience buying a car, and was able to get me in a car I love!!!!

Bought a Toyota Tundra a couple months ago. The salesman was fantastic, he was honest and was practical in finding me the right vehicle . Very pleased with the truck. Would highly recommend to friends and family

I highly recommend CMA, Donovan was fantastic to work with along with the rest of the team. I went to two other dealerships that day and had terrible experiences. This is the second vehicle we have bought from here and both experiences were great, will return. Donovan is very transparent and doesn't pressure you which is extremely helpful!

Would definitely recommend CMA, Everyone knows how bad the car market is currently but they are one of the few dealers not charging "adjusted dealer markups" on new or used. Got a 2019 Tacoma from breanna who did a great job getting us where we wanted with payments and couldn't be happier. Love Toyota and will be sticking with them for life.

I want to thank Mr. Josh Stafford and the rest for working with me with the trade and purchase. Overall experience was superb no complaints. Very accommodating, Josh made sure that the process was quick and easy. He also made sure that I was comfortable offering me refreshments while waiting to be done. Will be back and will send people to this lot!

Had a great experience here. The gentleman who sold my mom a car, his name is JD, was amazing. He helped my mom get the right car for her and treated her with respect. I recommend seeing JD if you are looking for a new car.

in the past, I have loved Apple Valley Toyota (Now CMA). I usually only need a standard synthetic oil change for my car. Today however, I was quite disappointed. I dropped my car off for a 9:00 am appointment at 8:30 am and when I arrived back at 1215 pm, they still had not started the oil change. I dont want to write these guys off entirely but I would be sure to have great communication with them if you want your service done in a timely fashion.

Toyota reached out to be later in the day and apologized for the miscommunication.. like I mentioned before.. I dont want to write these guys off. (changed score of experience from 1 to 4)

We recently purchased a GMC 3500 diesel truck. For making such a large purchase the customer service was subpar. The sales lady was seeing multiple people while helping us. We were just another dollar sign to her. This left us sitting for long periods of time (with three kids). She would only offer my husband refreshments while I was walking around trying to occupy our children. Once I was around she would barely acknowledge me. The worst part is we have to pay a lot of money to get the truck up to code for inspection. There was no major issues listed or disclosed. We finally received our tags for PA and had the truck inspected by a reliable person. All to find out we are looking at $1,400 in repairs so we can get it inspected! Run the other direction if you are looking at a vehicle at this dealership. They do not care about you and are not truthful about the condition of their vehicles. Would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

If there were other concerns regarding a PA inspection, we wish you would have brought these to our attention at that time. Please know that customer satisfaction and transparency is always our top priority .

Had a great experience at CMA in Martinsburg! Everyone was courteous, transparent and easy to work with. Donovan, our sales rep, was very professional, knowledgeable and talked me through every step of the way. From front desk to financing, this place is awesome.
