Last week was my first time meeting Meg & the entire experience was absolutely amazing. She truly listened to what I was looking for, gave her honest advice & delivered! I am so happy with my results!!!

Also, her Elle & Evie lip balm is wonderful & I can't stop using it! Nothing I've used compares to it & I'm obsessed with lip balms. She told me, "she swears by it" & she is right!

She walked me through the entire process and discussed everything with me at length, asking my thoughts and opinions. She truly knows what she is doing and will make your anti-aging dreams come true! I walked-out of the office feeling ten years younger.

Jessica was wonderful! Extremely knowledgeable and shared every step. I'm in an esthetician program now and Jessica was more than willing and helpful in helping me understand more about esthetics and the field to help me apply it to what I'm learning now. I appreciated her input a lot. We also set up a plan to help with my acne to go along with the at home regime I'm currently on. I loved all the staff and the facility, it was a welcoming place with great complementary refreshments.

I have seen Katie at Ann Arbor Plastic Surgery for fillers and I could not be happier with the results. She actually fixed what I would have consider a botched job/injection from a different plastic surgeon's office that I had visited in October. Best decision EVER making an appointment with Dr. Ballard! I felt like I knew the staff even before my first consultation talking with Shelley multiple times. Once I met Dr. Ballard and went over my needs/wants I knew she was my doctor for the procedure. Her and the staff make you feel comfortable and informed.
