It was my first time taking a pilates reformer class and it was such a pleasant experience! Amy was very friendly and knowledgeable. During the whole session, she kindly guided me step by step and corrected my posture, alignment and every detail. Also, she really took care of my injury through the session and after as well which is helpful for me to know. I had such a great time and highly recommend this studio!!

Amy is an amazing instructor, very knowledgeable and patient. Also great place for pilates. Very clean and sanitary.. highly recommended!!!

I need pilates. I'm stiff as a board and my muscles are as balanced as a 2 legged chair (probably from sitting all day with C shaped posture). Amy is really good at figuring out what her clients need and implementing a plan that's both fun and painful in a way that makes you know you're working on parts of your body that need some TLC. Plus, the price is good considering 1) you're in NY and 2) the quality of instruction. I highly recommend Amy!

I'm very, very new to Pilates, and I took my first class here. I won't lie, I was a little nervous beforehand because workout classes can be intimidating, but Amy was was very kind and welcoming. She explained the techniques really well, was very patient, and made me feel comfortable, which I was really grateful for since I'm not a very strong person. I'm excited to take more classes here and build up my strength!

Amy is a very friendly, energetic and knowledgeable instructor! I had a fun time taking a class at her studio. I did an intro lesson which involved some mat work and machine work, which Amy helped guide me through. The studio was clean and aesthetically pleasing, and happens to be in a perfect location to escape the craziness of midtown Manhattan.

I really love this studio! I came in during for an intro lesson and was pleasantly surprised. Amy is very knowledgeable and sweet. We spoke a bit and she has very extensive experience as well. I had a great time and signed up immediately afterwards. The prices were reasonable, especially for New York. I've tried a few places and would highly recommend AmyNYPilates

Great Place in New York for Pilates! I came in with the Free Intro Lesson! Amy was very knowledgeable and kind. I've tried a few places in New York. Amy easily had the best pricing and best value that I've found. I had a great time with an enthusiastic instructor!
