• Free initial consultation and interview with the client to determine their objectives for the space;
• Inventory assessment of existing furniture and equipment, obtain information on expansion plans, assess existing room requirements;
• preparation of presentations to the client including three different design concepts of the space;
• preparation of working drawings for implementation of the plan, including structural, mechanical and electrical drawings prepared by other professional consultants (e.g., engineers and architects); preparation of furniture plans including detailed drawings for all custom-designed;
• sourcing of all products for use in the project including furniture, carpet and flooring, paint and wallpaper, lighting, fixtures, artwork and accessories;
• coordination of move-in for the client ensuring that all spaces are ready for occupancy on the targeted completion date
