Very fast, and very high quality. We made a custom laser cut 4' x 8' 1/4" steel sign and left it uncoated to get that rusty look to it. We used American Sign Letters for the aluminum lettering. We couldn't be happier. Thank you.

I ordered some Letters for my Yacht and they were pretty helpful. The product was good quality. I then decided to call back and add some additional backing for the letters. They said they they could make what I needed. When I received the product and it was made wrong with very poor quality, the owner said they would not make me a new one or return my money. They glued standoffs on the plastic and the edges were not polished and the paint was very scratched After a few calls and emails they then offered a 20% credit for a return. I would stay far away from companies like this that dont do right by there customers; especial ones that came back and spent more money. I just goes to show what kind of person you are dealing with that does not care about the customer. Now my attorney will deal with the Credit card company to get a full refund like they should have done in the first place. I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS SITE OR BUSINESS.
