John Senior: Owner and operator of American Construction and Roofing LLC, has worked in the industry for over 40 years. John started off working with his father in the mid-1960s after being honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps. The knowledge and skills obtained mastering the trade while working with his teacher and progenitor allowed him to later gain certification in many types and methods of remodeling, taught techniques involved in new home construction, and the operations that go on behind the scene to allow a project to proceed smoothly. This dedication and commitment put him in position to him to take over the business upon his father's retirement and grow it into the modern company it is today. “Our business is family owned and operated and all of our workmanship is guaranteed. Our main goal is to satisfy our customers from beginning to end and maintain impeccable reputation. We are licensed and insured members of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating, all work is done as per code on every project. We are factory certified with GAF roofing and Certainteed roofing.” John JR.: Head Supervisor, started working with his dad at the age of 15 as a laborer in the summers. He later supplemented his education in the field by enrolling in a four year vocational technical school residential construction course and graduated at the top of his class. Today John is a 3rd generation master carpenter engaged in all phases of construction and roofing. His duties are head field supervisor and head of the sales department. He has over 23 years mentoring with his dad on all projects. John's main goal in the field is to keep all of the jobs running smoothly and satisfy our customers' needs and desires. Deborah: Office Manager Deborah has been the office manager for over 35 years. Her managerial duties consist of the following: customer service, scheduling appointments, contracts, payroll, and expedites GAF & Certainteed extended warranties. Deborah works alongside of the sales staff, workforce and customers. Her knowledge of the business and experience with our company is excellent. She is very knowledgeable of the products that we use and install.
