American Bodyworks

I have tried to cancel my account with American Body works twice now but I keep getting charged each month. I submitted a formal request via the contact form on the official American Bodyworks website http://americanbodyworks.com/contact/ in early March of this year. However I got no response and my account was not cancelled. My gym location (peachtree Industrial Blvd in Norcross, GA) closed several months ago and the next closest location is 20 miles away. I have submitted my 2nd request via the same contact form on their website after just realizing that they have continued to fraudulently charge my card on file. I have now had to report fraudulent activity to my financial institution as well as compose a formal written request which will require their signature. I run a web based business in Norcross, GA and am accustomed to responding to cancellation request every week. This is part of doing business. I am pretty disappointed in their lack of response
