Terrible service Don't hire this company. They abandoned our project and won't respond to text messages or phone calls.

Terrible service! Avoid! We hired him for a green to clean service. What we received was a green to blue service. We needed lots of debris pumped out and he did so, but only brush the walls the first visit. Once the pool was blue, he says it's ready to be swam in. When we expressed that there was still an excessive amount of dead algae on All pool surfaces and visually floating in the water that needed to be brushed and vacuumed out, we were met with aggression and an inability to accept any level of accountability for his subpar service. He is full of drama and excuses as to why he can't seem to come at agreed times and days and blames us, the paying customers, for not being to accommodate him showing up whenever it's convenient for him. We were told it's our job to accommodate him rather than him accommodating our schedules for a paid service. When any issues are brought up he's immediately defensive while taking no responsibility. I wish I had read reviews on more platforms to see how he responds to critici
