Ambs Call Center in Tampa Florida is top notch! I had been with our companies answering service for almost 20 years when they sold out to a larger nation wide company that out sourced our calls out of the country. Our customers of 20 years were calling me personally to tell me about their terrible experiences. So, with no option I googled “answering service” Ambs popped up. I filled out a brief application. And by days end Jamie King, Ambs finest employee in my opinion, gave me a call. He listened to my concerns and what I needed in a call center to provide our customers with the type of service they deserved and the type of service we offered. We are a family owned heating and air company so correct messages are imperative. By the next day I was speaking with an Implementation Coordinator, meeting with his team to set up our account. And the rest is history! Ambs Tampa is exceptional. They treated me as our company loves to treat our customers with exceptional customer service. It’s easy to speak about a company that does they say.

I never have to worry when a call comes in, I know it will be sent to the correct person and follow up are done to insure the call was handled. Sure is a nice change from previous call centers I have used. Keep up the good work Ambs!
