Horrible Experience- everything from the house cleaner who arrived to the manager Jose! Avoid if you want a clean home in a timely manner.
House cleaner arrived, spent 3 hours in my (>1700 sq foot) home dusting with a swifter and vacuumed one room. During the vacuum she managed to unravel the carpet- about three inches in the center of the room. She completely disregarded the check list Always Ready provided for their guaranteed- general cleaning of the house including appliances, vacuuming, cleaning bathroom ect.
Called and talked with Jose to come up with a solution. To make up for the sub-par clean they offered another house cleaner to come 24 hours later to fix- not acceptable due to timing on my part. For the carpet Jose said he would be in contact with the the following day. I HAD TO CALL HIM MULTIPE TIMES, he did answer the phone (the least he could do), no real time set, just "I will text you 20 minutes before I get there". He came out at 4:50. He said he knew a guy who could fix it- I got quotes from licensed carpet repair companies already. The other companies could be schedule within the next few days, Jose had no timeline with when the repairs could take place. Reiterating that if it would repaired by a company who fit the timeline, he would not reimburse me.
For all this trouble he also offered me a free hour if I wanted to pay for a two hour supervisor cleaning... no thank you.

Hi Jamie. I'm so sorry about the horrible experience that you had. I do assume full responsibility for my staff and sincerely apologize for the way one of our maids left your home. When we spoke, the day of the service, we did offer to send a supervisory maid back to make sure the cleaning is up to par. As you stated, you did not want that. So we spoke about giving you a free additional hour of cleaning with a two hour service and you said that would be good, because you would need cleaning when you moved. I did put that note down. In regards to the carpet, the carpet was already unraveling, a standard residential vacuum, like the ones we use, wouldn't tear up your carpet. As such, we don't ever assume responsibility for that. But, because of the experience you had, I personally came out to look at it and promised to fix it. Our carpet guy is also licensed and insured, I just do not have access to his schedule so I could not make the appointment for him. We do honor our guarantee and we always keep our word. I'm sorry that this is not good enough, but we will still follow through. I wish you the very best and will pray for God's blessing on you and your family. Have a great day!
I just want to thank Ashleigh, Chelsey, and Courtney for the excellent service they did. It was above amazing, they cleaned every crack, corner, and appliance inside and out. Every inch of our house was cleaned to perfection even dirt and stains that had existed for over 5 years. I highly recommend their services. I wish i could fly them out to wherever I'm at for future services. Also, along with their great work, was their great personalities, and politeness.

Love this place! Their team is always professional and no surprises with employees. I come home to a clean house that looks and smells amazing. I trust them in my home when I am not there (we have cameras lol). They even have called 2 times to check in and ask how the work looked and if we were satisfied. We have only used them for 6 months. And the pricing is so affordable. I have tried to price match and it's just not out there.
