Been a few days since payment but they have yet to dispatch the test kit despite their policy to dispatch kits within a business day of payment. Tried to talk to their social media accounts which are still very active but i have received no reply from them. Also tried their customer service form and email; still no reply.
They even offer same day mailing given how time-sensitive the problems their customers face are but i guess they really think otherwise.
I will be looking for options for refund, which includes going to court if necessary. This is the only way to deal with errant merchants.
Granted, it has been "only" a few days and they might get back to me soon. I will revise my rating to a higher one if help is appropriately rendered. Please get back to me soon. Thanks.

I can't really trust the service. They had no idea how hard it would be to get the blood draw taken. I set up appointments at no less than 4 labs where they all stated that they would not do a blood draw and send it off to this lab. That got me wondering. Is this lab okay? Finally through this company I got an unwashed technician to come to my door and take the blood sample so I could mail it in. Do not use this service. Go with a local laboratory start to finish.

Got inconclusive results and have not received my refund yet, spoke to customer service representative and my refund was never mentioned!!! Totally upset with their professionalism and lack of sympathy concerning my results and all of money I spent to find answers to my questions about my “siblings”.

I had a very positive experience with this company. The staff on the livechat facility on the website were very helpful & quick to respond and answered all my questions. The test arrived quickly in the mail and the results were clear & easy to understand. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a DNA test.
