Stefanie Tejeda was very helpful throughout my entire process. My DNA samples were returned by the post office for undeliverable to unknown address (yes I used your pre-addressed envelope). Stefanie suggested I mail it certified. Then when I couldn't access the results because I had the wrong password, she helped with that too.

Stefanie made the whole experience super easy & comfortable. From the very beginning she was beyond helpful and super sweet. She called me back within minutes if she missed my call and answered all my questions without hesitation. She made me feel at ease every time I called and spoke with her.
