Allston Towing services showed up within 20 minutes of me calling. I called three other Boston companies who said they were on their way, but never showed. The second I explained the situation to Allston, they took care of things ASAP. HIGHLY recommend.
I would rate this unprofessional 'business' zero stars if I could. The owner was very rude on the phone. The front door says that customers should go to the rear door. If you open the only rear door, you will find an entire room filled with hundreds of empty beer cans and bottles. What would they be doing with all that alcohol? Drinking and towing your vehicles! The only person working there was clearly intoxicated. I have pictures and will be reporting this. And cash only? That only adds to how unprofessional this 'business' really is.
