Allstate-David Trust

From the beginning David was dishonest. He bribed us with a gift card to not give him a bad review when his office had no way of contacting them when I had a car insurance urgency after an accident. No phone number worked and we were desperate. A gift card to a grocery store kept us quiet.

Every time we renewed our contract he never gave us any personalized advice or anything. I was just a number with generic emails every six months with a new amount.

David's office failed to tell me any of the legal problems that could arise from moving to a different state yet staying with Allstate. I used a different agent in PA because the sweet receptionist suggested it since it would make NO SENSE to stay with David when he wouldn't even help us get a good deal in NY. Since I don't know every law in the book in NY, I didn't know they would suspend my license within a month of changing agents to another state. At the same time as my family moving to a different state for work and trying to set up a successful contract with a house, I was expected to establish residency in PA (without an address), and get a new license and registration. It was quite literally impossible for me to do it and there is no way I would have time to research what I should do when I leave NY when I have never lived in a different state.

No one gave me any heads up, no advise, no idea of what NY would expect. Just left me out to dry because I cancelled with them.

Christine was a huge help to us as we were bringing in an accident report She reported for us and was very nice to us. We are very happy to be with the David Trust Insurance Agency

Christine, Amy & David have always been very helpful, polite, and are always available to answer my questions. I like to personally stop by to say hello, especially with Christine. She's a pleasure and makes me feel that I'm never a bother.

We just transferred our auto insurance from out of state. Both Amy and David were super helpful when I didn't know anything about policies and were very thorough in their responses to my questions!
