Dr. Allison Holt and her associates will walk with you in your journey to create change and experience recovery. Dr. Holt and Angie O'Shea, MA, LMFT, customize a path to recovery for each individual, consisting of psychotherapy, patient education and, where appropriate, proven medications. Frequency and length of treatment are entirely dependent on the needs of each individual and will be addressed in initial sessions when a treatment plan is developed.
