No Response My realtor recommended Alliance Mortgage to me for financing as we began looking at homes, but I had already been approved for a mortgage by my credit union. One Saturday we found a great house, in an area where houses seldom go on the market, and was eager to make an offer, but first, we needed a new estimate and mortgage approval letter. After 3-hours of unanswered urgent emails and messages to my credit union loan officer, my agent suggested she call her mortgage person for an approval letter and estimate.
