Had a leaky shut off valve on my washer.
They arrived promptly. They worked with me on the price. Alex the boss was easy to work with and a pleasure. Will definitely due business with them in the future.

Awful, the WORST CHOICE EVER, they had to call the boss because they didn't know what was wrong, then they wanted $500 to do a full service cleaning (not the problem) to then AFTER diagnose the problem. Because they didn't know what was wrong, and when i said no way they slapped my equipment back together SO POORLY that it started to leak OIL. BECAUSE I DIDN'T start paying for a cleaning $500 dollars to then diagnose the job. The worst part is they didn't put it back together properly causing it to leak oil everywhere. Watch out for these people. tracked heating oil through my whole basement. Horrible experience ASK WHOMEVER COMES FOR THERE HVAC LICENSE #. I did, and he didn't like that, then he said he was HVAC LICENSED, but he never touched the furnace the other guy did all the touching. MADE EVERYTHING WORSE!!!!!

The owner is extremely unprofessional and did not fix the job that he was payed for. My house looks half done and the equipment around my house was installed wrong. Do Not use this company!!

The technician tries to save money for you to keep in your pocket. They didn't over charged me with anything. I used this company about a week ago for the first time and I would totally call them again if there is another issue at my home without a second thought.
