I started with a very good understanding of the details of a reverse mortgage and how I wanted to use it as a long term line of credit. I had a lot of questions and was slow to proceed until I had answers and the time to consider them, and then come back with follow up questions. I never felt rushed and they never seemed annoyed by my slow pace. I'm a satisfied customer and would recommend anyone considering a reverse mortgage be sure ARLO is one of the companies you consider.
