Jim, Chaz, and team were wonderful to work with! Jim made sure to answer all the questions I had during the home purchase process (and there were many) and Chaz kept me updated every step of the way. I also appreciated Jim talking me through rates on different types of loans so that I knew I was getting the best one for my situation. I would absolutely recommend this team!

Jim saved the day on a transaction where another lender had previously made a critical error and subsequently failed to fund which led to Seller cancelation. With Jim's careful review of the Buyers financials we were able instill confidence with all parties, get back into contract and successfully close the deal. Since all contingencies had already been removed, he also provided the Buyers with a backup loan program so they were protected should any unexpected issues arise. Thank you SO much Jim and Team!!
