The management company is horrible. Stay away until they got replaced. Edit 1: Be aware of the elevator fob system when visiting. Currently it is very slow and causing great inconvenience to residents. Do your research before buying. Ask a few residents and see their feedback. Also check if people who are not residents are using the amenities without permission. If you buy you are paying for it so be careful. Edit 2: now they are telling owners to pay an extra approx 200-400 per year for maintenance.Report

I live here. The management is super poor, can’t solve literally any issues we home owners bring to them. Poor hoa management, no transparency on how they spend the money.Report

Terrible service. They hold a board meeting without any resident actively on board, and passed a decision to charge residents an additional 200 to 400 every year for AC inspection. None of the residents agreed, but couldn't do anything to stop them.Report

Small condos, overpriced, trash management company. Things look nice, but are not done properly. A lot of cut corners. In a pretty dead neighborhood too.Report

Went here for a tour and had a terrible experience. The sales agent Helena Liu was one of the worst I've ran into. She berated me for asking a lot of questions about the property, was uncourteous, and had an overall negative attitude. Shouldn't salespeople be nice to their clients and be helpful to questions especially if the client is looking to buy a $1M property?Report
Later after some research, I may have found out why she didn't like someone who was detailed-oriented with questions....Google "99 Hudson Lawsuits" and you'll get a good amount of results. I'd recommend staying away.
