Alfi Oral, Dental Implant & Facial Surgery

So I am composing this review on behalf of my son, Colby, and the service he received from Dr. Alfi. In his own words, " The entire staff is AMAZING!" As a parent, putting my only child's care into a healthcare provider, Dr. Alfi has exceeded my expectations. Professionally, his expertise in his field is unmatched. He is absolutely knowledgeable while making you feel comfortable and at ease. He is more than competent but a pioneer in his field with a humble spirit and top notch customer service to match. Dr. Alfi came highly recommended by my orthodontist to correct my son's underbite, and now I definitely understand why. There is no other maxillofacial surgeon I trust my son's care to and have been 110% satisfied with the service received.

I have been a patient of Dr. Alfi for over 7 years. I had major dental work done including a major surgery in the operating room that took over 3 hours to treat an infection I developed from my previous dental office BLVD Dentistry. Dr. Alfi performed the surgery and I lost 2 molars as a result of the infection. Since then Dr. Alfi started giving me implants and to date I have 5 implants that I am extremely happy with. I can finally eat anything I want which I couldn't do before. I never felt any pain or discomfort during the implant procedures or afterwards. Dr. Alfi is a phenomenal doctor, very skillful, kind at heart, and very humanitarian when it comes to helping his patients. These qualities are rare these days. To him it is not business but more so helping the patient medically and ensuring them a quality life they deserve. I will never go anywhere else but stay with Dr. Alfi no matter where he goes. I have referred him many patients including my own family and kids. He is one heck of a guy and I love him. I highly recommend and will always refer him with great pleasure. I give him 5 starts ?????????? even though he deserves 10. May God always Bless him and his family.

Dr. Alfi and his team are wonderful! He addressed my concerns with validation and reassurance, and demonstrated great bedside manner and honesty. I appreciated the follow up calls from his team to check on me after surgery and for making me feel comfortable and safe throughout the surgery and each appointment.

I can't sing Dr. Alfi and Dr. Hassan's praises loud enough!! They performed an amazing, life altering surgery on my boyfriend who suffers from sleep apnea. This team is hands down the most caring surgical bunch that I have ever seen. We were walked through every step of the way and had direct contact with both doctors!!! How amazing is that?!? They were to answer any concern or answer any question!!
If there was an option to give more stars I definitely would!!

Dr Alfi was amazing, he calmed my nerves and was very funny to work with. The dentist is the last place I ever want to be, but have Dr, Alfi, remove a growth he said it would be like giving my mouth a haircut, and he was right. I was in and out of the chair in less than 20 minutes. I appreciate how he was concerned with my Pain and wanted to make sure I didn't have any. I also liked that the office was ahead of the game and sent meds in ahead of time, so they were home before I have my procedure.
My one issue is the office does NOT have MYCHART. I have a very complex medical history and the MA is probably still filling in my info on whatever 1990 computer program the Department Chair has decided on. I actually had to call and ask how and when to use a medication as it was sent before the procedure, when a quick email could have saved me time out of my classroom. With my complex medical history I couldn't remember when my appointment was, and it was the weekend , and if MYCHART was a time could have login, but no MYCHART. Luckily my husband keeps track of my appointments, as I forget appointments as I have had brain surgery and forget thing's and didn't get a preminder call. It is 2021 please join MYCHART it will make your staff and patients life a lot easier.
Away, go see Dr. Alfi for any oral surgery or dental needs at Methodist. You will be happy you did.

Dr. ALFI is a wonderful Dr. and a great person. He is very compassionate and caring about his patients and I trust him beyond reproach. He performed surgery on myself and later I brought my Teenage son to have his wisdom teeth extracted. Everything goes so smooth with very little dis-comfort so I rate this fine Dr. with 5+ Stars!!!

Entered Dr.Alfi's Office terrified becuz of my many infamous dental wars during my 60+yrs. Left not only with confidence & knowledge to help tackle my major dental problems but also 100%able 2face medical procedure I was having, "next day." Patch Adams/Mensch wearing cowboy boots. Professional & Thoughtful Staff.

My daughter saw Dr. Alfi due to uneven jawbone growth. It caused her front teeth to hit end on end and and her bite became misaligned. Her orthodontist recommended Dr. Alfi to us as he wanted her seen by someone who does tons of jaw surgeries. So into the Med Center we went! Dr. Alfi is doing new surgical techniques that are amazing. My daughter had upper and lower jaw surgery that required no wiring of the jaw, she had ZERO pain, and a very quick and uneventful recovery. Most importantly, her jaw is now perfectly aligned. Dr Alfi, his nurse Brandie, and office staff are top notch. They respond quickly to any concerns leading up to the surgery, and were always available afterwards. We highly recommend!

Dr. Alfi is by far the best oral surgeon in Houston. I have trusted him to take care of my parents and sibling and have recommended him to anyone needing assistance. He is thorough, professional, and kind. He is always available to answer and any and all of your questions and always puts his patients first. He is excellent!
