I had to edit this review and add one thing from pure inspiration. As I sat last night and listened to Oprah Winfrey’s amazing speech at the Golden Globe awards I couldn’t help but think about Alena and her staff, the speech Oprah gave was exactly what Alena advised me back in 2013 when I was in fact very afraid of seeking justice against the discrimination I went through as a woman and as a Latina! I believed In her then and I believe in her now, together we fought, together we won!!!!! ....I lost my job a few years ago and knew the reason they gave me was not valid, it bothered me that companies such as the one who discriminated and retaliated against me actually get away with it, I spoke to dozens of lawyers who were willing to take my case but once I spoke to Alena, I knew she'd do the right thing for me. Alena is tough, she is smart, she knows the law, not once did I question her credibility but to make a long story short, it took us almost 4 years of fighting but Alena won the case for me, there were times I wanted to give up but she wouldn't let me and I am glad I listened to her, today I am indeed a much more confident woman with a better job and great things going for me, for this, I am grateful to her and her hard working team. In the beginning it was all business but in the end, Alena is now my mentor, friend and a woman I look up to. Thank you Alena for not letting me give up and for fighting so hard for me...I am forever grateful and can guarantee no one will ever mess with me again. There are laws out there I didn't know about but I do now because of her. Great job all around.

N400 and 319(b) SUCCESS after being turned down by other attorneys!!!
Attorney Shautsova is the best!! I asked many law firms to take our case to file early under the 319(b) but was turned down flat.
Alena took all my information going back 5 years and put together a
our plea establishing the proof the UCIS required which has a low approval rate. I also had many questions with the N400 form and she corrected and submitted that also. As all of you know on the path to immigration it is long and costly. Finding Alena saved me a lot of money and time. Whenever the UCIS had a question they contacted her and she answered them over the phone and by email. No return of documents.
