Albuquerque Marriott Pyramid North

Pros : staff was friendly and nice
Cons: room was dirty and outdated. There was a huge stain in the carpet and the lock on the door looked like it had been ripped off and was not re-installes correctly. Also the furniture had snags in the fabric and looked like it hadn't been replaced on decades. I could have stayed somewhere much nicer for less money

Classic Marriott layout with the centrally located bar/breakfast/restaurant which is great as a morning meeting place for our family before we head out for our activities. The breakfast buffet has everything you'd need and I enjoyed the dinner options as well (enchiladas). The staff were truly accomodating and Chef Bustos is an absolute delight!

Very retro. Room was pretty bare. Bed was comfy. For the price breakfast should be included. Not a bad stay but not great for the price. Stayed in way better places for the price.

Mike Adams and his staff were sooo welcoming. I'm from Texas and the hospitality was out of this world. Definitely will be back.. The atmosphere was friendly and fresh... Love it!!!

Lovely stay, has updated cardless room keys and streaming TV, yet no USB ports in the rooms at all so had to leave off a star.

I will begin by saying this hotel has incredibly polite and professional staff. Unfortunately, the rooms are terribly run down and outdated. It looks like the original window treatments and rugs from the 80's are still there... I don't mind retro decor, but the rooms are just sad, neglected and unclean. I was put in a room with the smallest and dirtiest window I have ever seen in a hotel and it was an adjoining room with a very loud and unhappy baby next door. I asked for a quiet room, so it almost felt like I was being punished for using points for my reservation. Just yucky - would NOT recommend.
