It is an alright hotel, but for a non smoking property, it absolutely REEKS of cigarettes. In the lobby, in the hallways, especially in the room I stayed in. The smell is really really strong. Other than that I suppose it's an alright hotel.

Terrible experience. 30+ minute wait time to check-in. Rude staff members. Requested sofa bed be made-up prior to arrival, was on the phone for TWO HOURS trying to reach the front desk — bed was not made on arrival.

I really wanted to enjoy my stay more, but there were several concerning issues. One of the most noticeable was overall cleanliness and the number of dirty dishes left in the hallways, which remained there from one day to the next without being cleared.||Additionally, we were abruptly woken up at 8 AM when housekeeping opened our door. They may have knocked, but since we were asleep, we didn’t hear it. When we mentioned our concern about them entering without a response, we were scolded for not having a privacy tag on the door. In all my years of staying at hotels, I’ve never experienced housekeeping entering so early in the morning—especially without waiting for a clear response. It was even more frustrating to hear them doing the same thing to other guests down the hall after we stopped them.||Beyond that, cleanliness and maintenance were also issues. We found leftover food in the refrigerator from the previous guest, which made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Adding to that, the sink had no hot water, and the toilet had extremely low pressure, making it difficult to flush properly.||Overall, this was not my best experience at a Marriott. I expected a higher standard of cleanliness and service, and unfortunately, this stay fell short.

I went to the Women's Expo and enjoyed your hotel.

Beautiful place but you're paying for everything. Wifi, business center and breakfast. Dam.

Stayed in a room 2 over from the 3 elevators and ALL NIGHT it sounded like a freight train was driving through my room. I got about an hour of sleep and was jolted awake to the loud sound constantly. Poor design in the bathroom. The toilet is so close to the glass shower wall you hit your face when using the toilet. Also the toilet is very low to the ground. When I checked out, I wasn't greeted and the front desk woman was nasty. When I checked in there was a kind woman which is why I gave 2 stars for service. Everything in the room was gray, and the beds were very comfortable.
