I just activated my account with alarm grid. So far the support and responsiveness from the company have been great. I've used their chat feature and spent an hour on the phone with Freddie. Everyone has been very responsive, patient and knowledgeable with getting my system setup. Setting up an alarm from scratch, especially for a hardwired Honeywell vista system isn't for the faint of heart but I learned a lot and I'm glad I'm finally free to the other companies custom equipment and ever increasing fees.

Dylan provided excellent customer service for new alarm monitoring with a small business. I was very impressed by his knowledge of the product to quickly assess our current equipment without trying to force new equipment sales. He was direct and had the ability to quickly give me next steps and let me know the next available appointment time for activation/programming that same day without me having to ask. I did express the need to quickly implement new alarm monitoring for my boss and everything got done without a hitch in approximately 3 hours based on the appointment time, the ability for me to send the system specs to the activation tech before the appointment and alarm testing after the initial programming was complete. Dylan was very responsive by chat throughout the whole process and reached out to other team members, as needed, when issues came up. I even received a transcript of the chat after the chat ended. Excellent customer service seems to be a dying art but Dylan has restored my faith after that experience. Thank you Dylan, your professionalism is appreciated! Keep up the good work!
