The women you have working in the service department named Brandi is very argumentative and just doesn't know when to stop talking. As far as we can tell the work that was preformed seems to be ok at this point.

The receptionist was phenomenal! The service was speedy and great, but the receptionist made my day better when she didn't have to. I really appreciated that.

Bought a used car from them and they lied about warranty's. I had problems from the start and wish I would've never bought used from them. I love the maxima I bought but don't trust them anymore. I will be looking to buy my Titan elsewhere.

I am so tired of NEVER getting in at my scheduled appointment time at this place. They need to stop overbooking, or call people if they're running behind to give you the option of rescheduling. I'm extremely disappointed with how the service here has gone downhill I. The last 8 years since I started going there. It used to be amazing.

Lupe, I'm sorry we didn't meet your expectations. We do not overbook our schedule. Service is not always able to foresee when people show up late or when there are delays on vehicles until they happen. It's not realistic to be able to reach out to every customer at that time.
