Yesenia, I am sorry you felt that there is a lack of customer service. We work hard to get our customers the very best loan for the vehicle, based on the banks criteria, not ours. As far as the products that were purchased along with your loan, we would be happy to go over the coverages with you. Please bring in your Mazda and we will also take a look at the chips, and see if we can schedule to have them repaired on site. When you call in, please have the receptionist forward the call to the Sales Manager on duty so that we can address any other issues that may be a concern. Again, we appreciate your business.

Alan Webb Mazda was the perfect car dealership from start to finish. I met sales consultant "Red" on my first visit there and he took the time to listen to what I was looking for even though I was very clear I was not buying nor even sure I wanted a Mazda. He did not hound me after I left that day and weeks later he reached out to see if I had found what I was looking for. I ended up going back and so glad I did. Ended up buying a new CX-5 and couldn't be happier with how it all worked out. The entire staff I dealt with at Alan Webb Mazda was top notch and made the experience a great one.

Blake was great to work with. He made a bad situation great. Very helpful. It was nice to not have to deal with the bs part of getting a car.

Low pressure, very laid back atmosphere. Typical attempt to try to upsell, but nothing terrible. I would go back again
