Airport Chevrolet Cadillac

Our purchase at Airport was the most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had. I spoke to Chase about which models we were interested in seeing before heading over the hill, he verified they were available, and had both cars pulled out for us within a few minutes of arriving. Dave was super helpful and easy to work with on our test drive and very transparent during the purchase. He made sure we had Onstar, etc set up before we left the dealership. Virginia is the sweetest. We planned to shop other makes at other dealerships, but the vibes were great, we didn't even bother. It will be easy to recommend a trip to Medford to buy from these gentlemen and Airport.

Best car buying experience I have ever had

Brought my 2017 chevy Malibu in for repairs a few years ago . It had an envelope in my glove box with money it to pay for the repairs when I came to pick my vehicle up all the money was missing out of the envelope besides 20 dollars was told there was only 3 people who worked on my car made a police report and spoke to a manager about it was told I would get a call back about there investigation to the incident never got a call back and every time I called to find out anything they wouldn't answer my calls so I will never bring my cars here again . Also I know I shouldn't have left the money in there either my fault for trusting people not to take my stuff.

We stopped in to look at a new Tahoe. Saw the new Hummer - gorgeous!! I had questions about both them. Nobody came out to help us (fine - some don't want to seem "pushy"). We went inside to find a sales agent and we stood in the lobby when finally someone yelled from their desk "can I help you find someone"? I let him know I had a few questions about the Hummer and Tahoe. He said what questions - again never leaving his desk, so I walked to him. I asked 2 questions to which he simply said "no" to each. He clearly did not want to help us. Since he could not be bothered to help us, we left and went to a Chevy dealership in Grants Pass. This attitude cost them a sale.

Don't try to be loyal to the Chevy brand. You're car salesman might take advantage of you (Tara). Got me in a mazda with a 29% interest rate and $800 a month payments.... 10/10 do not recommend being new to the game and going here for your chevy needs.

We just purchased a new chevrolet 3500 High Country from Dave Wesfall. We had never met him before our visit to the dealership. He was very easy to work with and took the time to walk us through the different models and features. We felt it was a great buying experience. Thanks again Dave.

The service department left a big scratch across my fender. It was not there because my truck was detailed a few weeks ago and had zero damage there. I contacted them and got ignored.
