When I arrived at Airport Chevrolet, the staff took care of me professionally and with respect. My van was serviced properly and completed within an acceptable time frame. They used plastic covers (which I don't see other dealers use much) which shows they're careful to leave the vehicle clean as it arrives. Although the procedure (oil change & fluid check) was more than the local "quick change", I feel more comfortable knowing what I wanted and expected was achieved. I will continue with this plan with Airport Chevrolet because I appreciate great service!!

Completed service in the time the service tech had told me it would be done. The Airport GMC service area is always neat and clean, the employees are always helpful and pleasant, and have always provided great friendly service.

I have had a great experience with the service department. They are informative, friendly, and professional. The only reason I gave an 8 instead of a 10 was because of our last purchase experience. We were lied to by who sold us our vehicle about a feature we were assured it had that it did not. When we called them on it after the car went home with us we were told we could use our points and it would only cost 1500ish. I can't say I would ever buy or recommend anyone to Tara at Airport Chevy again. Our first buying experience was with Levi it was amazing and we have sent my inlaws there to purchase two vehicles because of his customer service. Buying our second vehicle we have not had a fraction of the customer service that we had the first round.
