I traveled from Klamath falls to purchase my 2025 GMC terrain elevation and my sales person Erica went above and beyond she was amazing to work with and made you feel like family. This will be our second vehicle we have purchased with them and we our beyond happy with both. I give this place a 10 out of 10. Not only do you get to work with amazing people you also make a friend out of it to.. Thank you for all you did Erica you were amazing to work with, and we will definitely be returning customers.

Big shout out to Jennifer!! Bought my first new car in 15 years. She was so patient no pressure. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than I had with the team at Airport Chevrolet. Jen Levi and "Pistol" Thank you for everything.!!

Chris was very kind and efficient during my time there to get my routine oil changed. He explained they were short handed and it would take longer than usual to get it done. That's fine - I just waited in your comfortable customer lounge. Chris checked in with me after an hour to say it was taking even longer than he thought and apologized. I told him I appreciated the update. Finally after 2 hours, he came in with a list of repairs needed. He answered my questions, got me estimates, helped me prioritize them and said he was not charging me for my oil change because it had been so long. I didn't expect that. I offered to at least pay for the oil and he declined. Wow - that's customer service. I understand things can happen that are out of your control so I appreciated the effort Chris made to make my experience the best he could in spite of the delays. He's a great communicator! I'll be back to Airport Chevrolet to get those repairs done!

Bought a brand new Chevrolet Colorado from Airport and it was a great experience. Brian in the sales department was easy to work with and kept me updated every step of the way. He made me feel comfortable and not rushed or pressured. He even picked me up when I took a bus from Klamath Falls to get my new vehicle.
I also had options installed by the service department and again the customer service was excellent and the parts were properly installed.
The finance department was also a pleasure to deal with. I was nervous about the process since this is my very first new vehicle. I can say that everything was explained to me and I was very comfortable with how the process works.
I can’t say enough about the team at Airport. This was a great experience, I would recommend Airport to anyone looking to get a new vehicle.

This is my review of the Service Department. Chris was our advisor and was extremely helpful in resolving our issues with a transmission replacement. It was a warranty issue and Chris dealt with the organization covering the replacement and installation leaving us without a worry or concern. He went above and beyond helping us get to our vacation destination safely and on time.

Came to see Erica and Brian today on a whim when we saw a nicely priced Jeep. We’ve had some financial trouble and with the second baby on the way we were stressing a lot. But we fell in love with the car and they both went seriously above and beyond to make it work perfectly for our family!
