They can do the work promptly, but it'll cost you. (Should have checked Sears or Lowe's first for service visit cost.) I struggled to get a written quote from them including the model number and price. Then they installed and invoiced a different model. When I objected that the warranty was only 4 years ($70 cheaper product) versus the lifetime warranty on the premium model quoted me, I was told it's the same motor. I insisted that I get what I paid for, I did not get an apology, but a promise they will install when the quoted model is in stock. I am uncertain why they substituted the cheaper product but I am glad I took the morning off work to supervise the installation closely and learned as much as possible from the internet.

Installed the wrong part on my door - then tried to charge me to fix it and the resulting damage 16 months later.
