We worked with Alisha on the selling of our house on West Beach Blvd in gulf Shores. She was a delight to work with, offering suggestions on the house, keeping on informed of potential purchasers and always providing the feedback from walk throughs. Alisha is an outstanding realtor. She went above and beyond in helping us find a home, showing us houses for over a year, meeting me at the last minute on many occasions. ALISHA WAS A GREAT AGENT TO WORK WITH, SHE WAS TIRELESS IS SHOWING US PROPERTIES, AND QUICKLY HONED IT ON EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. Alisha is more than "Goode", she's GREAT! Couldn't have asked for more from her when buying a house in Gulf Shores. She was our eyes and ears on the ground for us and went the extra mile as we purchased our home from afar. It is without hesitation or reservation I would recommend Alisha. Even though Alisha is our daughter, when we asked her to find us a condo, she went above and beyond. We gave her a very long list of must have, and she hit every single one of them except one. The one must have, she couldn't find for us, became a trade off, that was not possible for the area. You know what they say about getting help from family members- usually you are last on the list. We told her we weren't going to buy unless it was perfect for us, so her time spent was not a sure one for her. She treated us like regular clients and not like family member which we really appreciated. Thank you Alisha for finding the perfect fit for us. No one could have done better!
