Angel, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. First, we do have offices here, so this is not just a "turnaround." You are more than welcome to come in and ask to speak with one of our team members anytime. We will help you find the information you're looking for and hopefully, the home of your dreams. However, we are not real estate agents or involved in homebuilding. New Homes Section is not a place of business. It's a website. The website is a resource for homebuyers looking for information about new houses, home builders, subdivisions with brand new homes, and we offer quite a bit of other information. We do not get commissions for sharing information with people that call to inquire about new homes. We often get calls, but not many people visit our offices. When they do, we help them find the information they want. We do not work for any home builder. Still, our team does know quite a bit about communities, single-family residences, and townhomes in Gilbert and several other markets throughout Phoenix and the nation. We're not here to point buyers in any specific direction (unless that's what they want us to do). Our goal is to make it easy for a homebuyer to know they have included all of their options. After that, we hope the buying experience is excellent for the individual or family. I am sorry that it took nearly two years for a reply. We are here on the second floor in suite 201.
