Honestly, it's affordable. That was my primary need when I started here. The front was nice and didn't need any explanation once I said I was trans and my legal name wasn't the one I used. The front used Kent to refer to me no problem. Then I got called back and things got awkward. I corrected the first nurse in my second language and my dead name kept being used. The doctor switched from my dead name then blind sided me with extremely personal questions she knew were personal because it's how the convo was started. I was asked about when I "knew I was in the wrong body" and about my name and why it wasn't changed legally. I'm not going back because frankly I can afford to look for a place that will focus on my health needs and not my identity.

Dr. Pulido's office is ran well and all the staff are friendly and informative! Thank you to all of you
