Die Klinik verfügt über neueste und modernste Geräte, Europa weit voraus. Viele Treatments sind so effizient aber auch sanft, dass man sofort danach wieder die Sonne und den Strand genießen kann (mir persönlich bei meiner sensiblen Haut besonders wichtig)
Hygiene und Wöhlfühlambiente werden hier großgeschrieben. Ein unglaublich tolles Team in einer sehr feinen Klinik. Mein nächster Aufenthalt ist schon gebucht. Die Beratung ist top

I'm not usually a person to write reviews, however I started roccutane treatment and started to get blurry vision. I went on my followup treatment to get another prescription and ask about it, to which I was answered defensively that they cannot be linked. A few days later I had a 13 and 7 hour flight across the world in which I got excruciating eye pain like never before. When I landed I went to the optician and I had dry eye spots and inflammation in my eye (which I've never had in my life before) and I was asked what medication I was taking and the medication is directly linked. If this wasn't identified sooner I could easily have had permanent eye damage due to the dermatologist refusing to explore the possibility of the linkage. I don't get a good vibe from the clinic in terms of ethical practice. It seems that they look for aesthetic results as opposed to actual health

Nurse Jelena made my cool sculpting experience a very pleasant one. She talked me through the whole process and we were able to target my lower belly fat with one big section. It's been nearly a month since I've done the treatment and can already see results. Definitely recommended. Thanks Jelena!

Tried to book an appointment before heading back to the U.K. but was very rudely spoken to by a receptionist, finally when I did arrive for my consultation the manager decided she wanted to talk regarding my complaint during my consultation time which I would have been charged for, this then went into my potential treatment time which I was then told the Dr had no time. From the start service was bad, wish I didn't go as waste of time and taxi money there and back. Do not recommend at all as not professional. Also saw a team who were highly editing pictures (walking by the reception you can see the computers in office) before being added to social media pages, why would you need a team to edit pictures so much if the work was good enough? Trust your gut and look elsewhere.

Dear Gia, We are sorry to hear that this was your experience. We operate strictly following DHA rules and regulations, so we apologize we were not able to assist You as per our usual standards since You didn't want to share your ID and fill up Registration Form which is mandatory.

I have always had a wonderful experience. The receptionists are welcoming and friendly and the doctors are very personable and give great advise when it comes to all things skin! I have recommended to several people already and they have all had similar experiences too.

Dr Alia has been a very professional and dedicated doctor in her expertise .
I am new to Dubai and found this clinic through social media and I must say going different places for my skin treatment Lucia has come to my expectation in which they give you look you need with subtle touches for face and yes they carry lot of machines which work for different body parts making non invasive treatments work wonders .
Staff is very professional .
My all time fav place for my body n skin care .
