Trash service. Too long of a wait time, not enough advisors, extremely slow response time. just poor customer service in general. The best part about it though was the cashier. She was super quick to help me pay for my repair and get me the hell out of there.

Poor service and management. They tried to force me to only use their higher interest financing when I already had financing in place, approved and credit pulled. Then later they stated now it was ok. After of course the "checking with my manager" game. Then asked if they could do a DocuSign or send contract and I sign and return until banks open back up on Monday for funding, to save me 2 hours of driving again, similar when you buy a house you can be sent a DocuSign saving you time and drive time, Another no. Asked if they could after car is mine and funded can you deliver the car to my home ? Another no. Well, same day found what I wanted with another dealership and car is ordered and taken care of. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Complete waste of my time. I scheduled a service appointment 2 weeks in advance over the phone with someone for a Saturday to get my transmission looked at. When I got there they said they don't look at transmissions on the weekends… Why didn't any one tell me this over the phone in the first place.. Terrible communication

I bought a Chevrolet Sonic 2012 the experience it's been horrible, first i already got problems trying to start the car sounds like a old car also I hear something extrange Everytime I turn the a/c i imagine it's gonna breakdown very soon...and the worst thing it's that I been only two days with it.
