First visit and I am quitting my prior dentist. Everybody here is polite, pleasant and welcoming. They have much quite modern equipment. Dr Baht is quite knowledgeable. I like it so much I am going back next week!

Do not go here at all. If there was an option to give less than a star, I would choose that.
Praveena Bhat is not at all welcoming or pleasant. It seems like she is doing a favor on her patients. I had taken my wife for a general checkup and the doctor barely opened her mouth to speak. She was not at all friendly or interactive during the checkup. Worst experience ever. Also, I had scheduled the standard teeth cleaning for my wife which is supposed to covered by the insurance completely and this was her first cleaning this year. I had made sure that it would be all covered by the insurance completely before I scheduled an appointment for her and the staff over there had also acknowledged the same before her cleaning started and they stated that it would be completely covered as per her plan benefits and then later they send me a bill of $50 stating they did a full mouth cleaning. Are you serious? They dint even mention that the full mouth cleaning would be at an additional cost. No practice can do any special procedures without the consent of the patient and also without educating what the out of pocket expense would be. WORST PLACE. DO NOT EVER GO HERE.

Worst place to ever go.... I had scheduled the standard teeth cleaning which is covered by the insurance at 100% twice every year and this was my first one this year. I had made sure that it would be all covered by the insurance at 100% before I scheduled my appointment and the staff over there had also acknowledged the same before my cleaning started and then later they send me a bill of $50 and when I called the clinic asking about the bill, this rude lady named Wendy at the front desk starts lying and telling me that I was told that a full mouth cleaning would be required and I would have to pay $50 which is a lie and she said to me that if I din't pay the bill, they will send it to collection. Go ahead and do whatever you want. Stop playing around with patients. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE..

Response from the owner - "We have no control over Insurance deductibles". I guess they don't get the whole point here or maybe problem understanding English here. This review is not about deductibles but its about telling a lie to the patient that this is a free service which would be covered as a part of the standard cleaning and then charging them for it which is not fair. Like I said, do what you want, you will not get the $50

We apologize profusely for the unpleasant experience but unfortunately we have no control over insurance deductibles. We strive very hard to make our patient experience very pleasant and are hurt by use of abusive language towards our employees
