Advanced Care Specialists (ACS) is unlike any other physical therapy/chiropractic provider I have ever experienced. My injuries were work related and as a federal worker dealing with the DOL/OWCP had been a nightmare. I would not have followed through with the care I needed because of all the bad experiences and all the ppwk and lack of cooperation by the DOL. ACS paved the way for me to concentrate on what was important (my health and wellness) and they followed up with the necessary ppwk for the DOL. To my great surprise, I had a very thorough 1st appointment by an actual Doctor, not a receptionist or PA. My Doctor took the time to really listen to me and reviewed all my injuries and past treatment. Together we came up with a comprehensive plan to get me on the right track. After the first few visits I actually had mobility back in my neck which I hadn't had for years. My doctor and his staff technicians work with me during every visit, I am always well informed of what is going on with my treatment plan and what I need to do to reverse some of the degenerative damages from my injuries. All the Doctors and technicians go above and beyond to do whatever is necessary to make me better and stronger and limit the pain I have. I have never been treated more respectfully and honestly by any other physical therapy folks, hospitals or clinics. My appointments always start on time and I am never rushed to hurry up my treatment.
