When I called to inquire about a minimally invasive surgery (renuvion) was told by the person who answered the phone that the doctor doesn't take snyone over 50. Well, that is ofcourse his choice, but it is terribly discriminatory to make a blanket assumption that at the relatively young cut off age of 50, that a person would be more likely to have poor outcomes. A good doctor would treat patients as individuals.

His office staff is extremely rude and straight to the point. No customer service skills at all! Dr. Lowney is an OBGYN not a real surgeon I wish I knew this before I decided to waste my money at his filthy practice. There is a difference between a COSMETIC surgeon and a PLASTIC surgeon. Any Doctor can be a cosmetic surgeon but not every Doctor can be a PLASTIC surgeon. Hence the difference in titles. MAKE SURE YOU PICK SOMEONE BOARD CERTIFIED BY THE AMERICAN BOARD OF PLASTIC SURGERY NOT COSMETIC SURGERY.

I originally rated 5 stars, I had breast aug 7 months ago here. I'm re-rating 3 because although my breasts look amazing, for the amount of money you spend- go to a doctor that's board certified and has bedside manner, especially when voicing any concerns you have post op. Any future surgeries I will be going else where.

I am so happy I decided to get my lipo and BBL with doctor Lowney! The entire team was amazing. I was terrified before my procedure and the anesthesiologist made me feel so much more comfortable and less anxious. My results are amazing I actually started crying when I looked at myself in the mirror because I couldn't believe it was me! Thank you so much!

called for info make consultation and was told i needed to have 20% down right away to make an appt. i said i would like consult with the Dr. first and meet him to see how i liked him and to have my questions answered before doing surgery. i was advised that is not what they do there and to call back to make appt when i was 100% sure i wanted the surgery and then i would just get surgery date and any questions i have i could ask the girl that answered phone and she would help. umm noo!!! i want to meet the Doctor cutting into me first and get his recommendations after seeing my body on what is best for my body type. told me to send pictures tru text . umm no this don't feel comfortable to me or the correct way of doing plastic surgery!!!! Going to Dr Babbitt instead way better service there and only need $100 consult up front not 20%

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We are 6 months into the pandemic and the "doctor" had the audacity to look me in the eye and tell me he doesn't care about covid and is not keeping up with the news around it.

They had a patient waiting outside the room I had my consultation in hence not cleaning rooms between customers.

Would not recommend.

Not to mention they had me waiting 90 minutes in the waiting room for my scheduled appointment and didn't even acknowledge all of time wasted. Doctor legit even walked out the room during my consultation to take a phone call and again came in and didn't apologize or acknowledge his rudeness to a paying customer.

I've done a lot of research to find the right doctor over the a 5 year period. When I found Dr. Mark Lowney and the Advanced Body Sculpting Team there was no question if I found the talent I was looking for. I've never felt so safe and taken care of. I've had two major procedures here over the last 3 years. The results are not comparable to any other doctor nationwide. Dr. Mark Lowney would call me on his personal cell phone to make sure I was okay. Explained the process thoroughly. I will never go to a different doctor for the rest of my life. Look no further! If you want to achieve flawless results, and feel like a family is taking care of you, this is the place to go!! Thank you so much for my life changing results. I feel so grateful I found you all! I know you all work very hard but please know it doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you so much! I couldn't be happier!
