Advance Transmissions

Drop my car off on a Monday they text me to tell me it was finished Thursday picked it up Friday and by Sunday it was doing he exact same thing it was doing when I dropped it off. I can't help but wonder if they attempted to fix my car and failed or if they just reset the codes and took my money. One things for sure I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

I had them put a new transmission in my 2004 it's 2004 Crown Victoria Scott was if Scott was very helpful with navigating this largery repair on my car even though I even though I work on cars myself as a job I don't do transmissions and he was yet he was a big help On a lot of stuff I did not know and and when the transmission started to make a little noise and it worried me he told me to bring it in at once so he could make Sure there was nothing wrong and sainstead of putting me on the back burner and making me drop the car off for multiple days days he took care of it rather quickly

Scott was very honest and they were extremely fast. I was told from Toyota dealer I need to rebuild the transmission and it would be 3k. Scott was honest and checked everything out and was honest with me, I didn't need a rebuild. These guys are fast, reliable and honest.

Scott was awesome to work with and stood by everything he said, We will definitely be using their services again.

Had my transmission rebuilt by this company and had issues immediately. They did not want to honor their warranty and the truck sat on their lot forever until I got a lawyer involved. After even longer of waiting and all they want to do it argue on the phone they finally "fixed" it under the warranty and it did not last long after that again. This time I had no warranty. I eventually took it to a more highly reputable shop to see the issue and when they took it apart they said it was missing bolts that hold the solenoids in place and the "transmission" fluid that was put in the trans was more like hydro fluid. By then the damage was done.

We at Advance Transmission do take customer concerns and warranties very seriously and after careful review of our records, we see that your 3-year warranty had expired in January of 2021, approximately seven months ago. Unfortunately we are not able to do the repair of your transmission under full warranty for you.

Took my 93 Chevy in and had my 700R4 transmission rebuilt in had a lock up torque converter setup with the electronics and vacuum. Shifts nice and firm no more slipping. They did a good job going through it all to make sure I wasn't going to have any leaks and all parts or new. Nothing better than having it done right the first time.

I didn't get service done here. I just simply called to ask a questions, and the guy that picked up the phone was very professional, and made me genuinely laugh. I'm stressed and depressed out of my mind, and whoever the guy that picked up the phone is. You're a legend. THANK YOU SO MUCH for making me smile and laugh

Had my transmission rebuilt on 2007 Ford Taurus in 2019 and developed an issue in 2021 but it occurred within the 3-year 100,000 mile warranty thankfully. They told me to bring it back in without any hassle at all. Great company!

Awsome shop honest, quick,And go the extra mile for customer satisfaction the only place I'd ever take my truck to and if I have to I will have no problem using them in the future
