I hired for website and SEO, neither worked well at all. They did not take my business as important. I wasted a bunch of money here. When I hired a new company they had told me they did not optimize the pages and also they used a very old template. Completely dissatisfied.

Keith- While we had valued you as a customer, we are dishearted by your review. Upon the start of our relationship, our team assisted with finalizing the project you had started and paused with another agency and completed such to your satisfaction. We were also more than accommodating with consistent requests and changes outside of the scope of work and allotted time when producing your site. With regard to ongoing SEO services for your website, this initiative was not included within your contract and therefore was not an effort completed by AWG. However, there were a number of correspondence where we had advised you to pursue this initiative to assist with bolstering your organic efforts. In the time of us working together, we had performed various Pay Per Click initiatives: updated your campaigns, aligned your spend trends, and adjusted your keyword groups precisely as you requested. Unfortunately, our efforts had fallen short due to your request to continually stop and pause efforts without notice. As stated a number of times this is not how we recommend navigating a successful ads campaign. We apologize, your expectations for working alongside our team did not align with your needs. As it may be too late to reconcile, we want you to know that we've used your experience within our customer satisfaction process to be sure we don't make similar mistakes again.
