As founder and president of Accredited Public Adjuster, LLC, Tim York has dedicated his Firm to the representation and advocacy of insurance policyholders in disputes with insurance companies. Since 1983, Tim has spent his time operating several companies in the construction industry working closely with insurance related damage with a focus on commercial & residential property insurance claim disputes. In 2003 the firm was formed to focus exclusively on first party insurance claims. Tim is a noted expert on furniture and cabinet fabrication, mold and mold remediation, general construction practices, smoke and water damage restoration, sinkhole and ground movement and has recently begun to focus on the Aviation industry due to its lack of experts.
